This .NET global tool wraps the CasCap.Api.GooglePhotos library to upload media items to, and
manage albums in, a Google Photos account.
Since Google's API change of 31 March 2025 the Library API only exposes albums and media items
created by the calling application, so this tool only lists and downloads content it uploaded.
