You must have Visual Studio 2017 to run this code on Windows.

(The free Community Edition version works.)
You must have a Cognitive Services API account with the Bing Lookup API. The free trial is enough to follow this quick start guide.

You will need the access key provided when activating your free trial, or the paid subscription key on your Azure Dashboard. See also Cognitive Services Pricing - Bing Search API.
