Is used by calling the class "Epoch" and then either of the static methods "FromUnixTime" and "ToUnixTime".
Therefor there is no need to create an instance of this class in-order to use it.
Epoch.FromUnixTime takes unix time in milliseconds as a double and returns a DateTime Object.
Epoch.ToUnixTime takes a DateTime object and returns the unix timestamp in milliseconds as a double.
Notes: FromUnixTime can return a decimal value. This will be updated soon so that the value is truncated before it's returned.
Removing the need for you to do so.
