MongoDB Servers: from 2.6 to 4.4. NuGet Package

This tool includes 8 versions of MongoDB Community Edition servers for Windows from v2.6 to v4.4.
Launch.cmd starts them on 26017 (v2.6.12), 30017 (v3.0.14), 32017 (v3.2.12), 34017 (v3.4.17), 36017 (v3.6.19), 40017 (v4.0.20), 42017 (v4.2.9), 44017 (v4.4.0) ports.
Also, it adds them to windows firewall exceptions.
