There are no changes to its contents/source and it is simply designed to provide an alternative distribution method. This package is maintained by Deagor however the code is simply copied directly from the BrowserMob github.
As such bug/issue reports should be reported to this repo https://github.com/lightbody/browsermob-proxy (currently inactive as of writing). Requests for updates to this package can be directed to https://github.com/Deagor.
