ASP.Net MVC WebApi Helpers

Contains CodeMediaTypeFormatter to output the WebApi object on the Help page as CSharp or VB code and SyndicationMediaTypeFormatter to use syndication in WebApi.

Also enables WebApi tracing capabilities.
