AWSSDK - ElasticInference NuGet Package

Amazon Elastic Inference allows customers to attach Elastic Inference Accelerators to Amazon EC2 and Amazon ECS tasks, thus providing low-cost GPU-powered acceleration and reducing the cost of running deep learning inference.

This release allows customers to add or remove tags for their Elastic Inference Accelerators.
