AWSSDK - ConnectParticipant NuGet Package

This release adds 5 new APIs: CreateParticipantConnection, DisconnectParticipant, GetTranscript, SendEvent, and SendMessage.

For Amazon Connect chat, you can use them to programmatically perform participant actions on the configured Amazon Connect instance. Learn more here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/connect-participant/latest/APIReference/Welcome.html.
