Dude where is my package NuGet Package

Adds solution folders and existing items to match what exists in the working folder packages directory.

This allows nuget items to check into source control.

After installed you can syncronize by opening the packge manager console and typing the commandlet

Sync-PackageFolders

You can run this commandlet anytime to sync new nuget packages with the solution.
