ZKTeco StandAlone and Pull SDK NuGet Package

This is the StandAlone and Pull SDK dll libraries for connecting .Net / .Net Core applications with ZKTeco Clocks.
The dlls are property of ZKTEco, I'm just uploading then to Nuget since they don't have interest in doing so.
TCP/IP, USB..
Tested with a UA860 clock: https://www.zkteco.com/en/product_detail/UA860.html.
