WCSharp.ConstantGenerator NuGet Package

Part of the WCSharp line of packages aimed at providing libraries to simplify the process of mapmaking for WarCraft III in C#.
The ConstantGenerator can be ran during map development to generate a number of files containing constant definitions like custom unit types, regions and cameras.
