ThinkGeo.NauticalCharts is a layer extension to ThinkGeo.Core that reads IHO S-57 Electronic Navigational Charts (.000 / ENC) and renders them with the S-52 presentation library - the international standard used by NOAA, hydrographic offices, and ECDIS systems.
