Version 12 works with both .NET Framework and .NET Core, has much less dependencies and many other benifits over 10.0. UsgsDem Layer is included in the main package ThinkGeo.Core in Version 12.
ThinkGeo.MapSuite.Layers.UsgsDem is a layer extension to the Map Suite product line, see below for compatibility. This extension provides the ability to render USGS DEM formats as a data source.
The USGS DEM standard is a geospatial file format developed by the United States Geological Survey for storing a raster-based digital elevation model.
