Tam Tam Dashboard Extensions NuGet Package

Adds an improved version of the Send to Publish and Last Edit pages in Umbraco, as starting tabs.
Also adds a welcome page where you can place the company name and logo.
This package sets up the Dashboard in the Content Section of Umbraco.

By default a Welcome page that has a logo and welcome message, and 2 extra tabs for Last Edits and SentToPublish pages.
We recommend to costumize the welcome.html page in (\umbraco\dashboard\NuGet\TamTam.NuGet.Umbraco.DashboardExtension\).
It will overwrite the Dashboard.config file.
