SVG Magic for .NET NuGet Package

Provides HttpHandler fallback functionality for browsers that do not support SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) by generating and caching alternate images at request time.

Inspired by SVGMagic (http://svgmagic.bitlabs.nl/).
