User Interaction Plugin for MvvmCross NuGet Package

This will eventually be a cross platform user interaction plugin but for now it's only supported on WindowsCommon (Universal Apps).

Why another User Interaction plugin? Existing ones don't support Windows universal apps and have signatures that are difficult to implement on the unversal app platform. This library will also eventually support more advanced interactions like status and progress updates.
