Sitecore installation package utilities, including a post-setup step that transform files such as web.config using XDT format.

NOTE: In order for the Sitecore.Core package reference to be resolved you must have the NuGet Server for Sitecore module installed on your Sitecore server and you must have Visual Studio configured to use this server.
