NiceUnitTesting NuGet Package

This is a small UnitTesting library I originally build for Unit-Testing of NiceCore because I wanted
to be able to run tests from NetStandard libraries and I could not get it working.
Requieres: NiceUnitTesting.Runner to run the tests.
