NvEncSharp NuGet Package

NvEncSharp provides a dotnet core and .net framework interface to Nvidia's NvEnc hardware video encoder (nvEncodeAPI), the CUDA video decoder (nvcuvid), and the CUDA APIs (nvcuda).

This package requires 64bit targets.
