It lets you create, read, parse and convert Outlook .msg files — messages, appointments, contacts, tasks and notes — with full access to recipients, attachments, named and MAPI properties, and plain text, HTML and RTF message bodies. It converts between Outlook .msg and MIME .eml format in both directions, and extracts or adds attachments including embedded messages.
The library is written in 100% managed code and does not require Microsoft Outlook to be installed on the machine or any other third party application or library in order to work.
