GhostCore.ScrollViewer NuGet Package

Designed as a replacement for Microsoft's sealed ScrollViewer that captures mouse events and doesn't allow multiple inputs to children (e.g.

two or more InkCanvases). Supports all the basic functions of a scrollviewer : horizontal/vertical panning and zooming.
