Please use the original instead from https://github.com/salesforce-marketingcloud/FuelSDK-CSharp/tree/Dot9/FuelSDK-CSharp.
This version was only because the original code at version 1.0.6 did not fetch all records, i.e.
it was not using the continuation token given at first response.
