FastHMM loader creates an instance of HiddenMarkovModel as exposed in Accord.Statistics.
FastOIL loader creates an NFA model.
Both types of models are exported under IPatterMatchingModel contract declared in Biosek.
You can load models in your application using composite mechanism using MEF.
