Basler Pylon Preview for .NET NuGet Package

The new, easy-to-use .NET API that offers a generic, uniform program interface for all Basler cameras, effectively masking most differences between the individual camera interfaces.

This means for example very simple migration from one camera interface to another without major changes to the code.
