This PowerShell module contains Cmdlets to perform various related actions against (SQL) databases via the .NET Framework System.Data namespace.
It does not use the the SQL Server shipped "Invoke-SqlCmd" Cmdlet from the "SqlServerCmdletSnapin100" assembly (which is quite buggy).
