OpenCV 2.2.0 x64 NuGet Package

This package employs the specific version of OpenCV 2.2.0 (2010), that is 40x smaller than current OpenCV versions.

This package was made to only put OpenCV DLLs in project's bin folder.

They will not be attached as project file.
