Bundle Transformer: Microsoft Ajax

BundleTransformer.MicrosoftAjax contains two minifier-adapters: `MicrosoftAjaxCssMinifier` (for minification of CSS code) and `MicrosoftAjaxJsMinifier` (for minification of JS code).

These adapters perform minification by using the Microsoft Ajax Minifier (https://ajaxmin.codeplex.com).
